Nissan Middle East, in partnership with their dealers across the region, have launched a unique campaign aimed at paying tribute to the Nissan Patrol owners and showcasing the heritage of the Nissan Patrol in the GCC, spanning an amazing 50 years since the first Patrol was sold in Saudi Arabia in 1957.
The Nissan Patrol, part of the largest SUV line-up in the region, has gone through 6 generations since its inception, garnering a reputation for its power, durability and stability as a superior off-road performance vehicle, being crowned the ‘King of all Terrain’ by several generations of Patrol owners. The 2007 Nissan Patrol, currently on sale throughout the GCC, secured record sales in November 2006, helping the Patrol’s revival and cementing its position as a premium off-road vehicle.
“The Nissan Patrol has enjoyed great success in the region, offering both on-road comfort and off-road performance to people across five decades” said Tariq Danish, SUV Brand Manager at Nissan Middle East. “This campaign will offer people the chance to showcase their love for Patrol, while getting the opportunity to win prizes as a sign of our appreciation for their loyalty and appreciation for our products.”
The Patrol mileage campaign will span 3 categories and will be held from January 15, 2007, until February 15, 2007. The 3 categories will feature Patrol vehicles between 2-5 years old, 5-10 years old and over 10 years old. Winners of the categories will be decided on highest mileage per category; participants can enter through ballots available across showrooms or through the website located at www.nissan-me.com
