Moroccan minister of foreign affairs and cooperation, Mohammed Benaissa, on Friday reiterated at the donors conference on Liberia Feb. 5-6 Morocco’s willingness to host the second summit of the Mano River Union as soon as conditions make it possible.
According to MAP, Morocco hosted in 2002 a reconciliation summit between the presidents of the Mano river sub-region to restore peace and stability in war-torn Liberia.
