On the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, which was marked Saturday in Morocco, King Mohammed VI had granted amnesty to a total amount of 854 persons, according to Maghreb Arabe Presse.
Out of the 854 persons, 341 detainees were extended a total grace on the remaining of their prison terms, 429 prisoners had their jail terms reduced and the life imprisonment term of 2 prisoners was commuted to a limited prison term.
