The Moroccan and French telecom watchdog bodies,ANR/Morocco and ART/France, have signed a five-year cooperation agreement.
The two institutions will exchange expertise and increase joint actions in inter-connection, universal service and dialing, said the official Maghrebe Arab Presse (MAP).
They will also share experience in network and public telecommunications services regulation, modernization and development, said MAP – Albawaba.com
