Diplomatic deadlock: Iran's Araghchi travels to Russia for talks with Putin

ALBAWABA - Following a round of meetings in Pakistan and Oman, Iran's top diplomat, Abbas Araghchi, is heading to Russia as attempts to resume talks with the US appear to be making little headway.
