Qatari Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani received on Tuesday a telephone call from Libyan leader Col. Muammar Gaddafi, according to Qatar news agency.
During their phone conversation, the two leaders discussed relations between the two brotherly countries and latest Arab and international developments, the agency added.
