Security authorities in Kuwaiti have detained seven Iranians who entered the emirate illegally by sea, a newspaper said Saturday.
The men were caught Friday after a Kuwaiti citizen reported seeing them being dropped off by a boat along Kuwait's southern coast, Al-Watan said. The appropriate measures will be taken to return the men to the Islamic republic of Iran, the daily reported.
About 66,000 Iranian expatriates work legally in Kuwait, mainly in manual and low-paid jobs. (Albawaba.com)
