Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed Sabah Al-Salim Al-Sabah arrived in Beirut on Monday evening on an official visit to Lebanon.
While in Beirut, Al-Sabah is expected to sign an agreement for the establishment of a duty-free zone between Lebanon and the Gulf Cooperation Council. (Albawaba.com)
