United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, received Saturday night a cable of congratulations from Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on the signing of the international border accord between the UAE and Oman.
Sheikh Hamad hailed the move as a historic achievement, according to Emirates News Agency. In addition, he prayed to God to guide the United Arab Emirates and Omani leaders to the right path so as to achieve progress and prosperity for their peoples as well as security and stability throughout the region.
