ALBAWABA - Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced Tuesday the killing of Ali Larijani, Iran's secretary of the Supreme National Security Council.
Earlier, the Israeli army announced targeting senior Iranian officials, including Ali Larijani.
Larijani, 67, serves as secretary of the Supreme National Security Council and is considered one of the most prominent figures in Iran's political and security apparatus, Euro News reported.
In addition, Israeli Channel 14 also mentioned that Gholamreza Soleimani, a senior officer in the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and commander of the paramilitary Basij forces, was also targeted in the attack.
