Iran’s Parliament on Sunday approved a security accord signed with Saudi Arabia last April, reported the official Iranian news agency, IRNA.
Under the 12-article accord, Iran and Saudi Arabia will cooperate in combating organized crime, terrorism, forgery of bank notes and state documents, smuggling of arms, ammunition, goods and antiques, and crimes against civilians.
The agreement was signed between Iran's Interior Minister Abdulvahed Moussavi Lari and his Saudi counterpart Prince Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz in Tehran – Albawaba.com
