Iran’s Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi arrived in Tunisia Monday to participate in the Tehran-Tunis joint economic commission session. Kharrazi was greeted by his Tunisian counterpart, Habib Ben Yahia at the Tunis airport.
The two foreign ministers subsequently attended the joint political and economic session, also attended by representatives of different Iranian and Tunisian commercial, trade and financial sectors. The preliminary meeting of the commission began Friday, where Iranian and Tunisian experts prepared drafts of the commercial, trade and economic agreements, to be signed by Kharrazi and Yahia, IRNA reported.
The two ministers emphasized the expansion of economic and commercial relations between Iran and Tunisia, upon inaugurating the joint Iran-Tunisia economic commission meeting. (Albawaba.com)
