ALBAWABA - Yemen's Houthi group said that the American airstrikes on Iran's nuclear sites are considered a 'war declaration' on the Iranian people.

US President Donald Trump revealed that the country's forces had attacked three Iranian nuclear sites in a "very successful attack".

He also revealed that the heavily fortified Fordow nuclear facility is "gone". According to the media, Trump’s decision on Saturday to join Israel in its attacks against Iran is considered a major escalation of the conflict.

"We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan," Trump revealed via Truth Social, adding that the military planes were now on their way home.

On the other hand, Qatar warned on Sunday of 'catastrophic consequences' after US strikes on Iran. In addition, Oman, which was mediating nuclear talks between the US and Iran, "strongly condemned" attacks on nuclear sites.

The Gulf sultanate "expresses deep concern, denunciation and condemnation of the escalation resulting from the direct air strikes launched by the United States on sites in the Islamic Republic of Iran", AFP cited the official Oman News Agency.
