ALBAWABA- The Houthi military spokesperson, Yahya Saree, announced the launch of three coordinated military operations targeting Israeli sites in northern occupied Palestine and Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat) in the south over the past 48 hours.
According to the statement, the strikes were carried out in collaboration with the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, using multiple drones to strike two targets in northern Palestine and a third in Umm al-Rashrash.
Saree vowed to continue targeting Israel as long as its actions against Palestinians in Gaza persist, framing the attacks as retaliation for what the Houthis describe as Israeli "crimes" in the region.
This operation follows a significant escalation on December 1, when the Houthis launched a hypersonic missile strike on Tel Aviv.
On the same day, they also conducted a maritime operation in the Red Sea, targeting U.S. destroyers and vessels with dozens of ballistic and cruise missiles.
The United States acknowledged the maritime assault, which marked one of the most notable Houthi offensives in recent months.
The Houthis’ recent attacks indicate an intensifying regional conflict, with Yemen-based forces extending their reach into Israeli and U.S. interests, heightening tensions across the Middle East.
