The recently opened Hilton Dubai Creek in the city, together with its sister hotel, the popular Hilton Dubai Jumeirah beach resort, are celebrating the month of Ramadan this year with a choice of traditional Arabic Ramadan tents at each property, according to a press release by Hilton.

Located in the torch-lit gardens of the hotel with excellent seafront views of the Arabian Gulf, the Ramadan tent at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah is the perfect place to relax and enjoy iftar or suhour with family and friends.

The interior of the tent is decorated in an elegant Arabic style with overhanging chandeliers, Persian rugs, and indoor and outdoor seating for up to 200 people. Open every night, guests can choose from a sumptuous array of traditional Arabic delicacies including mezzeh, lamb okra, mixed grill, seafood and umm ali for just Dhs59. An extensive a la carte menu is also available offering a wide selection of shawarma, Arabic sweets and shisha pipes.

The new “lifestyle” hotel in the center of Dubai, the Hilton Dubai Creek, has transformed their outdoor terrace into a Ramadan venue with a traditional tent, oud player and outside seating overlooking the spectacular lights of the city and the Dubai Creek, according to the statement.

In keeping with the style of the hotel, guests can enjoy a discreet and relaxed atmosphere with seating for only 60 people. Open from 7:00pm to 2:00am, a variety of authentic Arabic cuisine will be served throughout the night offering freshly baked mana'queesh together with traditional beverages, cards, board games and shisha pipes – Albawaba.com
