Globalnet, authorized distributors for Motorola in the UAE honored members of its Sales team and Sales Support team with the coveted Chairman’s award. The winners received the award from SS Rajkumar, Vice Chairman and CEO of Globalnet’s parent company, the Koohiji Group at its corporate headquarters in Dubai.
“Motorola’s market share has shown impressive growth in 2006 in the UAE,” said SS Rajkumar. “It’s only fair that the people responsible for that growth should be rewarded for a job well done.”
The Chairman’s award is given to outstanding performers in the Sales and Sales Support teams every quarter and includes certificates of merit and individual cash incentives. The award reflects Koohiji Group’s policy of recognizing initiative and rewarding excellence and is part of the progressive HR policies adopted by the organization.
