The German news agency, DDP, reported that Germany’s Bundeswehr is apparently preparing an anti-terror mission in Kuwait.

Reporting on January 8, the source conveyed that an advanced unit of NBC defence forces would be deployed in the Gulf State over the coming days. Kuwait has reportedly authorized the mission, which has been linked to possible U.S. action against Iraq.

According to the same source, the unit is to prepare for the arrival of a total of 250 NBC specialists of the Bundeswehr in the immediate vicinity of Iraq. Possible action may come under the framework of the U.S. led anti-terror campaign ‘Enduring Freedom.’ (Albawaba.com)
