In a step considered the first of its kind in Jordan and the Middle East, Batelco Jordan unveiled the next milestone in its efforts to redefine how people communicate and use the Internet, as customers will now get free Internet calling minutes with their broadband subscription.
The offer gives the customers the chance to make international calls at very competitive prices in the Kingdom, in addition to having the ability to use the free minutes from a landline or a mobile.
Batelco Jordan is the first widely deployed broadband company to offer free international calling minutes when subscribing to the bundled Internet broadband services.
Internet Broadband is a high speed Internet connection that is always on and frees the telephone line so users can still use their phones while connected to the Internet. The connection has many advantages such as having the freedom of connecting to the Internet without the hassle of any wires or cables.
Since the full liberalization of the telecommunications market in May 2005 and taking the license, Batelco Jordan has launched its first voice product, Dunya international calling card, the first of its kind in the Kingdom that offers its users the best and cheapest services available. Furthermore, the company has recently launched the first bundled offer (Voice and Data) that is a part of many other exciting products and services yet to be launched in the near future aimed at serving the customers’ needs from all aspects.
