A 52-year-old Palestinian widow was killed Monday by Israeli troops in the west Bank city of Tulkarem, reported Palestine TV. She was the first woman martyr to be killed by Israelis in 25 days of bloody confrontations.
Nada Sarouji was shot when she was working in an olive groove, said the station.
Palestinian farmers have not been able to collect their olive harvest, a main crop in Palestine, due to the danger of Israeli fire
Earlier in the day, two Palestinians died of injuries they sustained in confrontations with Israeli army in Nablus, reported Al-Jazira satellite channel.
