ALBAWABA - The Israeli army announced on Thursday that one soldier was severely injured by mortar fire from Lebanon.
In addition, Israeli Civil Defense said that shrapnel fell in 4 locations in Kfar Qasim, east of Yafa city.
The shrapnel from a rocket that fell in Kfar Qasim resulted in the injury of six people and damage to a home, which was directly hit.
On the other hand, Hezbollah said that the Iranian-backed group targeted a Merkava tank with a guided missile in the town of Dbl south of Lebanon and achieved a confirmed hit.
Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem said negotiations with Israel under fire would be recognized as a "surrender", as the Lebanese group launched attacks and Israel said it was expanding a "buffer zone" inside Lebanon.
