President of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Finnish Parliament, Liisa Jaakonssari, arrived in Cyprus Tuesday for an official visit, at the invitation of President of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives, Nicos Anastasiades.
During her visit, Jaakonssari and her accompanying delegation will be received by President of the Republic Glafcos Clerides and is also to meet with Head of the Negotiating Team for Cyprus' Accession to the EU George Vassiliou, according to CNA news agency.
The Finnish officials are also expected to meet with Anastasiades and members of the Foreign Affairs Committee, as well as with Deputy President of the House European Affairs Committee Nicos Kleanthous. (Albawaba.com)
