Over 35 experts from 10 different countries, including the United States will get together in Dubai for the longest series of healthcare conferences on key medical and health issues.
The conferences will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center from January 26 to 29. Arab Health, which is supported by the UAE Ministry of Health, will include sister exhibitions - Arab Dentistry and Medlab.
The conferences are being held under the banner of Arab Health Exhibition 2002. The widely ranged discipline conference will focus on specialties including e-health, information systems, dentistry, surgery, hospital management, ophthalmology and radiology, according to Khaleej Times.
"Arab Health 2002” will feature more conferences and industry-led seminars than ever staged on the subject as we continue to develop the show as an educational forum" according to John Hassett, exhibition director for the organizers, IIR Exhibitors.
As of now, an estimated 600 companies from 32 countries worldwide, have been contracted to exhibit at the first annual showing of Arab health, to be held at the Trade Center.
Germany will have 95 exhibitors, the largest number in the conferences. Other large groups include the UK with 60 exhibitors, Italy with 50 and France with 40.
The participating institutes will be led by the world's largest healthcare company Johnson &Johnson, the UK's SLE, France's GE Medical Systems, University Hospital Freiburg, Germany, UAE's Al Hayat Pharmaceuticals and Saudi Arabia's King Faisal Hospital. (Albawaba.com)
