Emirates Bank tied up with Cellucom to give its mePERSONAL Loan customers free shopping at Cellucom. Any new customer qualifying for a mePERSONAL Loan or any existing customer simply topping-up their existing loan will automatically receive a Cellucom shopping voucher.
