The second international ‘Airport Service Quality’ Conference & Exhibition that will commence on March 5th will be supported by leaders from the UAE tourism and finance industry. Abu Dhabi Department of Civil Aviation and Airports Council International (ACI) today name ADNOC as the conference’s official Diamond Sponsor; National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), the official conference Bank; and Etihad Airways the official carrier.
The objectives of the Airport Service Quality conference and exhibition are to focus on airport customer service issues and develop industry professionals on service excellence in airports. This is the second conference and follows on from last year’s successful meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Abu Dhabi conference has already confirmed the attendance of delegations from forty countries and five continents including Australia, Canada, China, India, Japan, Kuwait, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
