ALBAWABA- In a devastating incident near the shrine of Qassem Soleimani in Kerman, the death toll has risen to over 199, with 150 reported injuries.

According to the Iranian News Agency, an informed source revealed that the twin explosions were the result of the remote detonation of two devices. 

As a result, Iran declared National mourning tomorrow.
