Cyprus Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides is expected to leave Thursday for Lebanon on an official visit, during which he will be received by Lebanese President Emile Lahoud.
Kasoulides is scheduled to meet with his Lebanese counterpart Mahmoud Hammoud on Friday and later on with National Assembly President Nabih Berri, according to Cyprus News Agency.
He will then attend an official lunch hosted by Hammoud and in the afternoon he will meet Beirut Metropolitan Elias Audi and then Patriarch Mar Nasrallah Boutros Sfeir.
Kasoulides, who will be accompanied by Nicosia-based Cyprus' ambassador to Lebanon Tasos Tzionis, is due to return to Cyprus on Saturday. (Albawaba.com)
