Syria: Casualties in explosion near Palace of Justice in Damascus

ALBAWABA - Casualties were reported in an explosion that occurred inside a cafe in Damascus on Thursday, Syrian local media revealed. SANA news agency confirmed the blast, saying it took place in the Hejaz area of Damascus.
