Conference on traditions and modernization in Japan held in Tunisia

Organized by Tunisia's Academy of Beit El Hikma, a conference on "traditions and modernization in Japan" took place on Wednesday September 21. La presse reports that the conference was held within the framework of the "dialogue with Middle East" cultural program initiated by Japan. The conference was inaugurated by the professor Masaryuki Yamauchi, head of the Japanese delegation who emphasized the importance of cultural dialogue and exchange between different cultures. The conference was attended by eminent professors and experts from both countries as well as important political personalities such as Yasuaki, ambassador of Japan in Tunisia.
