Inline with the ongoing ambition to hone the customer service skills of its employees, Cinnabon Jordan organized a customer service training course for its crew at the Jordan Applied University of Hospitality and Tourism (JAUHT).
The course is designed to maintain as well as enhance the standards of customer service delivered by Cinnabon’s crew members at the bakeries in Amman and Aqaba.
Participants at the JAUHT’s training course were taught new ways on how to develop their interactive skills and knowledge in handling the growing number of customers who enjoy Cinnabon products. The training course also served Cinnabon’s goal to continuously upgrade service standards among its employees in consideration of the company’s expanding business.
Mr. Mahfouz Said, Cinnabon Jordan’s General Manager, pointed out that the course at JAUHT is part of Cinnabon’s intensive customer service training program for all its crew members and shall be held on a regular basis.
Mr. Said went on to say, “Cinnabon is progressively growing in Jordan and we therefore need to be sure that the quality of services being delivered to our customers is keeping pace with Cinnabon Jordan’s fulfillment of growth and development in the future.”
