The Qatar-based Al-Jazeera TV aired Wednesday what it claimed was a new audiotape on which Dr. Ayman al-Zawahri, Osama bin Laden's deputy, urged Muslims to launch attacks similar to those of Sept. 11, 2001.

"Consider your 19 brothers who attacked America in Washington and New York with their planes as an example," the voice said.

In the 3½-minute tape, the Egypt-born aide urged Muslims to attack the embassies and commercial interests of the United States, Britain, Australia and Norway. "Attack the missions of the United States, the U.K., Australia and Norway and their interests, companies and employees. Turn the ground beneath their feet into an inferno and kick them out of your countries," said the strong voice on the tape. (Albawaba.com)
