Bruno Amoussou, who came in fourth in Benin's presidential elections two weeks ago, agreed Tuesday to stand in a runoff vote against incumbent President Mathieu Kerekou after two other candidates declined, charging fraud.

"Amoussou has informed us by a letter of his decision to participate in the second round of presidential polls," Charles Djkrepo, chief of the electoral commission CENA, told AFP – COTONOU (AFP)
