Arab League Head to visit Russia for talks on Iraq, Mid-East conflict

Arab League Secretary General Amr Mussa said on Monday he would travel to Russia on December 9th to review the Iraqi crisis and the Arab-Israeli conflict. 

 

Mussa told journalists he had received an invitation from the Russian government and that he would meet with Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov, AFP reported. 

 

Mussa's stay in Russia will last a couple of days and then he is to head to South Africa, according to Hisham Yusef, spokesman of the Cairo-based pan-Arab organization. (Albawaba.com)
