InterContinetnal Jordan has been recognized as number four in enrolling new members in its customer focused program, the Ambassador that InterContinental Hotels Group applies worldwide. This is due to the great effort spent by the Front Office Department headed by Mr. Mohammad Ghanem, during 2005, which led to be among the top 10 InterContinental hotels globally. Having achieved this rank, InterContinental Jordan displayed the highest values of customer focus, maintaining service standards for the guests, and protecting their revenue contribution. Additionally, InterContinental Jordan was also chosen as one of the lucky Money Madness Prize Draw winners and being awarded US $1,800 for achieving Qualifying Enrolments in its priority club program as well.
Mr. Gunter Grigoliet, General Manager and Director of Operations for Jordan & Palestine, congratulated all the team of the Front Office Department and expressed his gratitude to all who contributed to achieve this rank.
