The Northern Alliance may agree a deal at the Bonn inter-Afghan talks irrespective of the view of ousted president Burhanuddin Rabbani, the leader of the Alliance delegation told AFP Saturday.
"In the event that Ustad (professor, referring to Rabbani) does not agree, we will refer to public opinion," Yunus Qanooni said, implying that the powerful delegation would act on its own.
