Algeria's President, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, met Monday the Head of Government Ahmed Ouyahia, who presented his government's resignation, the presidency announced in a statementי. "After this audience, and in compliance with the provisions of articles 77-5 and 79 of the Constitution, the President decided to re-elect Ahmed Ouyahia as head of government," added the statement.
