ALBAWABA - According to the US Geological Survey, a 5.3 magnitude earthquake has struck near Bakersfield, California, and was felt through the LA area.
No serious infrastructure damage or casualties were reported in Los Angeles, according to the city's fire department, which dispatched personnel from its stations to assess the situation.
The US Geological Survey projected that the earthquake would cause little fatalities or damage.
