3 UNIFIL personnel injured in an explosion in Southern Lebanon

ALBAWABA - UNIFIL reported that 3 soldiers were slightly injured following an explosion in the village of Yaroun, southern Lebanon.

The peacekeeping forces took to X to report on the incident, saying that following the incident "all peacekeepers in the patrol returned safely to their base". The post also urged all parties in the region to refrain from targeting peacekeeping forces and civilians.
