A truck collided with a bus Thursday sparking a chain-reaction crash that left 16 dead and 27 injured, news reports said.
The accident occurred when the breaks of the truck, which
was carrying corn on a road near the southern city of
Iskenderun, failed, the Anatolia news agency reported. The truck hit a passenger bus and flipped on its side.
