Fourteen prisoners and two Israeli policemen were injured Monday after an apparently mentally ill man held in the lock-up of the Kfar Sava police station set fire to his mattress, Israel Radio said, cited by Haaretz newspaper.
Four of the prisoners sustained burns, the other men were victims of smoke inhalation, the radio station said.
All were evacuated to the city's Meir Hospital – Albawaba.com
