Afghanistan: 400 people killed in Pakistan strike on Kabul rehab center

ALBAWABA - Afghanistan said that at least 400 people were killed in an airstrike on a drug rehabilitation hospital in the Afghan capital late Monday. Kabul blamed Pakistan for carrying out the strike.
