As we all know, Disney is killing it right now. And a large part of the reason they're killing it is because of Marvel Studios, which Disney owns, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has done great business, and part of the reason it's done great business is because of The Avengers, Marvel's cinematic mashups, where all the characters they've done movies about—and a couple that they haven't—come together to save the universe from some intergalactic force or another.

Well, Warner Bros. wants some of that mashup pie. Which is why it's now doing Justice League, the movie that brings together a couple of heroes we all know and a few we don't: Batman (from Batman v Superman), Superman (Man of Steel, Batman v Superman), Wonder Woman (Batman v Superman, Wonder Woman), The Flash (nothing), Aquaman (nothing), Cyborg (nothing), and villain Steppenwolf (who the hell knows).

The bewildering trailer debuted at the San Diego Comic-Con:

Warner Bros. also released a poster for the movie via Twitter, stating: "You can't save the world alone. The cast of #JusticeLeague unites in Hall H TODAY. #WBSDCC."
