The Force is strong with Vanity Fair this month, which sees the Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi cast grace its four—count 'em, four—covers this month.
The first is their crown jewel, with the late Carrie Fisher's Princess Leia looking appropriately regal and standing alone. The image is published almost forty years to the day after Leia made her big screen debut in the original Star Wars, in 1977.
The First Order are looking a bit worse for wear on the second cover. Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie), and General Hux (Domhnall Gleeson) will be striking back at those upstart Jedi in the next film. Those thinking that Kylo Ren would would be undertaking a solo Han's-off performance in this movie might be disappointed. (Sorry.)
Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), Finn (John Boyega), Rose Tico (Kelly Marie Tran) and BB-8 look less weary and more commanding on the next cover.
And finally, Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) returns alongside Rey (Daisy Ridley). Here, Hamill manages the seemingly-impossible task of looking like the better part of a photo with Daisy Ridley.
