ALBAWABA - The sudden death of the son of the Lebaese singer Nora Rahal has shocked the artistic community after he passed away at a young age, considering that he was not suffering from any critical illness.
Heartbreaking photos and videos were released from the funeral of Alex, the son of the Lebanese singer and actress. His mother, father and young brother, Phillipe, were devastated and shocked by his passing.
Nora Rahal announced via a post on her social media on Monday the death of her older son, Alex, 24, after a tragic accident.
His mother posted on Instagram announcing the death of her older son on June 29. She said, "Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live. With complete faith and hope in the resurrection of Christ, I bid farewell to my beloved son and angel, Alex, and entrust him into the Lord’s hands."
She continued, "May the Lord grant him eternal rest, and may his memory be everlasting in our hearts and prayers."
Reason behind death of Nora Rahal's son revealed
Lebanese blogger Sabine Nahas unveiled in a video on social media the reason behind the sudden death of Alex, the son of the Lebanese singer Nora Rahal.
Nahas mourned Rahal's son in a video posted on her official Instagram account, expressing her condolences to his mother, who is a close friend and godmother to her sons. She said, "It's a very bitter cup that Noura Rahal is drinking from today. She lost her son, who would have turned 24 next week. His father, his brother Philip, and all the family are going through this painful ordeal, but we always say that a mother's pain is the hardest."
She added that Alex "was injured when his leg hit a glass door. The glass shattered, and a shard entered his leg, severing a major artery and causing severe bleeding. He lost about four and a half liters of blood."
Nahas explained, "Despite his severe injuries, he left his home still conscious, hopping on one leg until he reached the car, before being taken to a hospital in Beirut, where his heart stopped. Doctors were able to resuscitate him, but he remained in intensive care for five days before passing away."
Nora got married to a Greek man, with whom she had two children: Alex, born in 2002, and Phillipe, born in 2004.
