Lebanese singer Melhem Barakat has finally been convinced to record his songs at a recording studio, after he was convinced to make videos for three of his songs.
It is known that Barakat has repeatedly rejected to record his songs at recording studios, the same as the other singers. Actually, he depends on the recording of the public concerts he performs or the filming of the TV programs and episodes he participates in. But he has never entered a studio except for recording the songs of a play, such as Wa Meshit Bi Tariqi (And I Walked My Road), according to the London based daily al Hayat.
It seems that Barakat is going to break his special rule, as he has been convinced that his upcoming songs will not spread unless he records them at a studio.
Later, the Lebanese singer agreed to make videos for three of his songs -- Zuhour al Qamar (The Moon’s Appearance) and Wa La Teir Byishbahak (No Bird Looks Like You), written by Nizar Francis, and Erjaali (Come Back to Me), written and composed by Melhem Barakat -- despite repeatedly rejecting the whole concept of the video clip – Albawaba.com
