ALBAWABA - Turkish actor Çağatay Ulusoy has once again become a major topic of conversation on social media after a new image from his holiday in Bodrum began circulating online.

Çağatay Ulusoy was reportedly spotted in Türkbükü, one of Bodrum’s most popular summer destinations, where he took time away from the spotlight following the conclusion of his latest television project, Eşref Rüya.

A fan who encountered the actor during his vacation asked to take a photograph with him. The resulting image was later shared online and quickly attracted attention, with fans discussing Ulusoy’s appearance and how different he looked compared with some of his recent on-screen appearances.

The actor has long been known for his distinctive appearance and athletic physique, particularly during roles that required him to maintain a muscular build. His latest holiday appearance, however, prompted renewed discussion about his changing look, including comments about his hairline and what some social-media users described as visible hair thinning.

It is important to note that there has been no recent public confirmation from Ulusoy that he is suffering from hair loss, nor has he publicly discussed undergoing treatment for it in connection with the new images. Earlier online and beauty-industry reports have speculated about hair thinning and possible hair-transplant procedures, but those reports do not establish a current medical condition.

The renewed attention comes shortly after Eşref Rüya, which starred Ulusoy opposite Demet Özdemir, concluded its run. The Kanal D series ended with its 47th episode on June 10, 2026, bringing the story of Eşref Tek and Nisan Akyol to an end.

Çağatay Ulusoy played Eşref Tek, the central character in the action-packed drama. The series also featured Necip Memili, Ahmet Rıfat Şungar, Büşra Develi and Görkem Sevindik among its principal cast.

The series' ending came earlier than some viewers had expected. Turkish reports had previously indicated that the production was initially expected to continue as a season finale before a decision was made to end the story completely. Some reports attributed the decision to factors including declining ratings and production costs, while other coverage linked the decision to changes in the show's action elements.

With Eşref Rüya now finished, Ulusoy has seemingly taken the opportunity to enjoy some downtime. His appearance in Bodrum has consequently become one of the latest glimpses fans have received of the actor outside his professional projects.

Born in Istanbul on September 23, 1990, Çağatay Ulusoy began his public career in modeling before establishing himself as one of Türkiye’s best-known television actors. He won the Best Model of Turkey title in 2010, a milestone that helped open the door to his acting career.

His breakthrough came in 2011 when he was cast as Emir Sarrafoğlu in Adını Feriha Koydum. He subsequently took leading roles in productions including Medcezir, İçerde, The Protector, Gaddar and Terzi, building a career that has extended beyond traditional Turkish television and into international streaming productions.

Çağatay Ulusoy also studied at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Forestry, in the irrigation systems/landscape-related field, while pursuing acting training with instructors including Ayla Algan and at Akademi 35 Buçuk.

For now, the actor appears to be enjoying his summer break away from the cameras. But as his latest Bodrum appearance demonstrates, even during his downtime, Ulusoy continues to attract considerable attention from fans and social-media users eager for a glimpse of the star outside his latest role.
