ALBAWABA - Jordan Crown Prince Al Hussein announced the birth of his first daughter with Princess Rajwa on August 3.
In an Instagram story, Prince Al Hussein revealed the name of his first child, 'Iman Al Hussein'. This comes months after the Jordanian royal family announced the pregnancy of Princess Rajwa.
The Royal Hashemite Court posted on X: "The Royal Hashemite Court is pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and Princess Rajwa Al Hussein were blessed, on 3 August 2024, with a baby girl they named Iman."

Nonetheless, King Abdullah of Jordan greeted with happiness the newborn Princess and his first granddaughter "Iman". He wrote: "Praise be to God who gave us our first granddaughter, Iman bint Al Hussein. I congratulate Al Hussein and Rajwa on their newborn baby. We ask God to give her good growth and protect her for her parents. You enlightened our family."

The couple got married on June 1, 2023, at Zahran Palace in a ceremony celebrated by many world leaders and royal families. On 10 April 2024, the Royal Hashemite Court announced that Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa are expecting their first baby in the summer.
