Busted! Almost 8 million contraband pills seized in Saudi

Two attempts to smuggle into the Kingdom 7,846,550 amphetamines pills hidden in two trucks were foiled, security spokesman of Interior Ministry announced on Sunday.

The first truck with 5,419,750 narcotic pills was seized in Tabuk and the second one with 2,426,800 narcotic pills was seized in Riyadh.

A Yemeni national and a Turkish citizen were arrested for smuggling the contraband pills into the Kingdom.

Three Saudis, who were the receivers of these narcotic pills, were also booked.
