Samsung increases presence in the Qatari Market to better serve customers

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies, is further solidifying its presence in the Qatari market by inaugurating two new Samsung showrooms. 

Located in Al Khor and Al Watan Center, the newSamsung showrooms were inaugurated Mr. Young Soo Kim, President of Samsung Gulf Electronics, MrKhalifa A.T. Al-Subaey, Chairman – Intertec Group WLL and Mr. George Thomas, Group CFO & Advisor to Chairman at Intertec Group WLL.

The new mobile showrooms provide an easy access to Samsung’s market leading range of innovative mobile phones and tablets. In addition, customers will get a chance to touch, feel and interact with the products at the new stores and will also benefit from the hands-on service of trained sales consultants.

The showroomsoffer a new retail experience for the Qatari market and both stores are at an idealdestination for consumers interested in Samsunghand held devices.”

As part of its inaugural celebrations, the Samsung Brand Showroom in Al Watan Center will be running two special promotions to reward new customers. The promotions will include an exclusive offer where customers can exchange any mobile for a brand new Samsung phone of the same value. There will also be a free service camp that will fix all software related issues for Samsung mobile customers. Both of these promotional offers will run for one month until January 25, 2013. Additionally, the first 300 lucky customers to visit the storewill receive a free t-shirt compliment for choosing to shop at the showroom.

Thenew Samsung Brand Showrooms house the latest range of Samsung’s mobile products including the newly launched Samsung SIII and the Samsung SIII Mini and the GALAXY Note II. In addition, a team of well-trained sales consultants are available on-site to assist customers and ensure that consumers are well informed on products and unique features. A Customer Care Service point is also available in the Showrooms, to provide after sales support for Samsung mobile customers.
