Samsung Electronics Levant sponsors the Jordanian participants in Dask-Dogay competition

Samsung Electronics Levant, a global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies, announced its sponsorship of the Jordanian participants at Dask-Dogay International Nature Shoot-out Contest, which was held recently in Turkey.

The 8 member Jordanian team participating in the competition, exhibited their photos at a gallery held by Daret Al Tasweer. The Jordanian team were; Rasha Amer, Mohammed Nayef, Ahmed Deiranieh, Ahmed Samara, Hossam Al Manaseer, Aladdin Jaber, Mira Khalifa and Amjad Al Fayome. 8 countries took part in the competition that included six subjects; general scenes, nature, close photography, daily life, archaeological sites, and birds. The Jordanian team won 4 awards and 13 selected image.

Mr. Fadi Abu Shamat, Head of Retail & Corporate marketing at Samsung Electronics Levant commented on the sponsorship by saying: "We at Samsung Electronics are proud of the capabilities illustrated by our Jordanian youth, and for being one of the eight teams participating in thisinternational competition representing Jordan."

Samsung Electronics Levant provided the Jordanian team in the competition with its latest smartphone GALAXY K Zoom and NX 30 smart cameras; one of the top smart cameras that offer high performance for professionals and smart connectivity solutions, in addition to tablets that offer exceptional photography features.

Darat Al Tasweer / Jordan, participates annually in Dask-Dogay International Nature Shoot-out Contest held in Turkey since 2010, the competition is organized by the Turkish DASK Organization that highlights nature, and every year a city to be chosen, with the aim of documenting places in Turky. Darat Al Tasweer aims to spread culture through photographic images and spread the art of photography among interested youth.
