National Bank of Oman (NBO) has added even more value to its Badeel Multicurrency Travel Card with the lowest markup in the market on transactions in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Customers can pay in Saudi Riyals and Emirati Dirhams when using the Badeel Prepaid Travel Card with just a 0.5% load fee, five-times lower than the market average, during the Holy Month of Ramadan and throughout the year.

NBO’s Badeel Multicurrency Travel Card is available in nine currencies, including US Dollars, Euros, British Pound Sterling, Swiss Francs, Thai Baht and Indian Rupee, alongside Omani Rials, Saudi Riyals and United Arab Emirates Dirhams. If the card has multiple currencies loaded, it will automatically recognize the native currency and apply NBO’s enhanced exchange rates and low transaction fee to all purchases.

The range of prepaid Badeel cards from NBO also offer customers exclusive bonuses, including access to a range of leisure, retail and hospitality experiences across the region courtesy of The Entertainer and Mastercard’s Priceless programme.

Badeel cards can be obtained instantly from self-service kiosks at Ghala Express Way, Al Mabellah Modern Oman Oil Station, NBO’s Main Branch in Al Athaiba and at NBO Al Khoudh.
